We have received a few requests for recipes and are happy to share them with you. It may take a while to type and upload them but bear with us please. Also this may be a good opportunity for some maths practice too as many of our recipes will require scaling down unless you have the freezer space for five cakes at a time!
The first of the requests was for a Carrot Cake. Some of you may be surprised to know that the recipe we now use is actually a vegan carrot cake. Very few notice the difference but if you are NOT vegan you may like to use butter for the frosting and you could even add a little cream cheese (or flavouring) as long as you keep it refrigerated.
