Lots of people have been asking what we will do once we are open.
The answer has to be a variety of things, and we can’t wait to open and tell you more about it!
First and foremost, we need bigger space for our cake business. Filled with love cupcakes have a faithful following and we bake dozens every week – no longer will they be stacked on every available surface in our home kitchen!
Likewise, Loafkins have found a happy home in Harris and Hoole and we’d like to offer them to customers in Slough, Buckingham, Aylesbury, Amersham, Pinner and Watford as well as in Ricky.
Every week brings many orders for weddings, Christening and birthday cakes and we want to build a reputation for never having to disappoint anyone – so we need more space!
But there is so much more we can do with the hugely enlarged premises we are moving into.
We aim to stock a range of affordable birthday and celebration cakes, baked weekly and ready to be personalised. If you bring in a photo of your dog, house or best friend we can print it onto an edible cake topper to make a special and personal gift!
There will be a range of cupcakes and loafkins available to purchase daily, along with cookies, brownies and brookies. Every day a batch of fresh scones will appear ready to be enjoyed with jam and cream and a nice cup of tea or coffee. There will also be a cake of the day available as a whole cake or by the slice.
The hard working commuters of Croxley deserve a bit of a break so we’ll have Fairtrade takeaway coffee from 7am (or just before if you need it – let us know!) with special deals for our regulars.
Croxley is a very special community and we can’t wait to be a more visible part of it. We’ve lived here for the past 34 years so the chances are we’ll recognise you when you pop in to say hello!
